Bike Tour Guide:

​

Heritage Rail Bikes is seeking dependable, safety-focused Rail Bike Tour Guides / Operations Assistants to help run daily rail bike tours.

​

This is an active, hands-on outdoor role that combines guest service, equipment handling, safety oversight, and practical problem solving. Team members are responsible for welcoming guests, explaining safety procedures, assisting riders, guiding tours, moving rail bikes on and off the track, preparing rail bikes for each ride, and helping keep the operation running smoothly.

This position requires working outdoors in a variety of conditions, including heat, rain, cold weather, and darkness. Reliability, punctuality, and good judgment are essential qualities for any potential candidate.
